This means a realtor may be sanctioned if they are found to have used hurtful language (for example, in social media) or denied their services “based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.” They may also be expelled if it is proven they were discriminatory in their real estate activities and transactions.
